Installation & opening party team training on site by Frank Price (15 hours)
BU installation training is for for new or reengineered party teams as well as training the future trainer. It includes eight hours front line party team training, four hours recruiting /party systems, three hours booking and training the future trainer session.
Topics: The business of birthday parties, finding/training/keeping great party hosts, party marketing and booking, front line delivery training including: Understanding the power of a birthday memory, Birthday philosophy, vision story, concept and systems, tools to deliver the “WOW”, teaching games and party room activity, live party demonstration. $4000 plus travel

BU Masters Degree Program “Live” on-site (2 days)

Birthday University's two day, interactive workshop “on site” is an alternative to attending the 2.5 day program, but packed with details to reengineer or develop a unique party concept. This program has been presented at a host of private companies as well as the IAAPA Management School and has traveled to Canada, the UK and Austria as well.
