Here is a typical recap of the Mobile business (approx. four months of acceptable weather and a very small amount of outdoor laser tag) Total sales were about $220,000.

Like most operators and facility owners, we are in a small and competitive market with our indoor facility.  As you know, the way we differentiate ourselves is with our people….our staff is our business. In order to provide the quality parties and events that we do, we need a much larger staff than a typical bouncing center!  The Hero’s Mobile model you provided and trained, has been a perfect addition to our indoor facility by allowing us to keep a core group of dedicated employees working around the year…when our indoor facility slows for the summer, our Mobile business skyrockets.  By having the team of Hero's that we do, we are also able to differentiate our Mobile business by offing a complete package of face painting, balloon twisting, glitter tattoos, and airbrushing at a great rate when added to our inflatables.  Because of our staff, no one in the region can offer the kind of complete package that we do.  We do not do a traditional drop-off rental. Every event is staffed by Party Heroes.  This allows us to keep a better eye on our units, keeping them clean and safe. The decrease in insurance costs almost offsets the cost to staff the events.   One additional benefit to the mobile program is the ability to cross-promote the indoor center with the mobile program.  Because the marketing programs are already in place, marketing for the mobile program is no additional cost. Without a doubt, the Hero's Mobile model you provided has been vital to our success and continues to grow each year with little to no marketing effort
